ENOUGH
Production of sustainable mycoproteins.
ENOUGH is the largest mycoprotein factory in Europe. Using fungi, it produces plant-based food proteins used in the production of meat substitutes. The byproducts are sent to a nearby factory, allowing ENOUGH to operate without waste. With the ambition to produce 1,000,000 tons of mycoprotein by 2032, ENOUGH aims to significantly increase meat consumption. For VMA, this is a valuable reference.
